Old School

My photojourn professor is so funny. He asked me when I'm going back and I told him I'll stay and tour around Missouri for two weeks after the semester closes and he started recommending places to go....including Branson (Missouri's own Las Vegas) and he went on to talk about cashew chicken Missouri-style. Then he said he will write me an itinerary on places to visit in Missouri. My classmate who was sitting beside him today was smirking...

But Yoda is a cool prof. I will miss him when I go back to Spore and probably face Tekwani.

I also learnt how to develop film during lab yesterday evening. Was fun to get old school and play around with the chemistry. It's sad that in CS we don't have a darkroom anymore. I would have loved to develop my own film in CS. There's a huge fridge in the Chron room with so many good but expired films that was left unused when the Chron photo desk decided to switch to DSLR more than 5 years ago...

Exams in a week. Guess what, I'm completely not stressed out about exams. I think Mizzou has taught me to look beyond exams and grades. I'm more worried about my portfolio deadline.

Tomorrow marks the last day of class for me in Mizzou. My experience here is almost coming to an end...
