Last weekend was the Memorial Day weekend here in the States and I went to the Liberty Memorial in downtown Kansas City. It is the only two official World War I memorial in the world and they had a pretty awesome musuem in there. Memorial Day is probably the closest thing to the 4th of July that I will get to experience here and there was alot of patriotism during the weekend celebrations. I got to watch some amazing fireworks and took tonnes of pictures.
And me, Jeanne and her cousins went to the airport to send Yuko off this morning. I think I had enough of farewells to last me a lifetime. Well, hopefully it's not really farewell but see you soon in Singapore when Yuko and Jeanne comes to visit me soon...

things really do look different once u've left singapore and came back..even if u only left for a short while!
im actually taking the plane to singapore tonight and i was packing and wondering if i should bring my t.t bat cos can play with u. so i came to the blog ahhaha
looks like the t,.t bat is going into my luggage.
