Wiener Sängerknaben

Guess what? I'm going for the Vienna Boys' Choir concert in November. My third time watching them, and I don't think I'll ever get bored with hearing them sing. And I found this gem on YouTube. They sang the same song the last time I heard them in 2006.

Brings back great memories of my childhood. My mum used to sing this as a lullaby to me since it was one of the only few songs she can sing well. :)

Not that I'm sexist, but I think boys choirs are still better than girls or mixed ones simply because males have bigger lungs and hence more powerful voices. I'm not talking about grown up choirs, but children ones where girls just don't seem to have enough air in their lungs, especially the sopranos. Here is what I mean by boy sopranos with powerful lungs:

Too bad their voices always break when they grow up. JBM was a real angel before his voice broke. Sighs.
