25 hours, 3 planes, 2 transits, lots of scrambling around airports and heaps of bad airline food later...

I'm finally back at the Lil' Red Dot. And the first thing that greeted me when I stepped out of Changi airport was a blast of hot, humid air which made me gasping for breath as I tried to breathe in. Followed by breaking out into hot sweat 5 minutes after walking out of the airport.

Next thing that greeted me was a hugea*s fancy new hotel that was apparently built to cater for transit travellers at Changi airport while I was away for less than 5 months.

And when I came back home, there was alot of construction downstairs at my void deck. When I stepped into the apartment, there was this new brown sofa which my parents just bought.

And I heard that NTU has a new canteen with Subway and Old Chang Kee.

Yep, I'm definitely back in Singapore, where everything keeps moving and nothing seems to stand still.

I keep feeling tired and hungry at the wrong times. It's nearly midnight here and my stomach is growling like mad even though I just had dinner at 7 p.m. Ahh, the effects of jet-lag and air travel. Don't even get me started on that. I nearly died from leg cramps and still ache all over from all that travelling.

Welcome home, Boggart!
